Standard License Agreement for Digital Image

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between epsstock.com (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of the digital image files (“Licensee”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using the digital images, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Permitted Uses

Under this license, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the images for:

Personal and Commercial Projects: Use in personal projects, educational materials, and commercial work for clients or your own business.
Digital Media: Use on websites, blogs, social media, online advertising, and mobile applications.
Printed Materials: Use in printed materials such as books, brochures, flyers, and business cards, limited to a single print run of up to 500,000 units.
Modifications: The right to crop, resize, and modify the images to fit your project's needs.

2. Prohibited Uses (Restrictions)

The Licensee may not use the images in any of the following ways:

Resale and Redistribution: Resell, redistribute, gift, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the original digital files, whether modified or unmodified.
Products for Resale: Use on any merchandise or physical products intended for resale, such as T-shirts, mugs, posters, phone cases, or calendars.
Digital Templates: Include the images in any digital product or template for resale, such as website templates, e-book covers, or presentation slides.
Stock Collections: Include the images in any stock image collection, even if the collection is provided for free.
Claiming Ownership: Claim copyright or authorship of the images.
Defamatory or Unlawful Use: Use the images in a defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner.

3. Ownership

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the images remain the sole and exclusive property of Kakhaber Omiadze (pseudonym OMIA), owner of epsstock.com. The Licensee is only granted a limited license to use the images as described in this Agreement and does not acquire any ownership rights.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The images are provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. epsstock.com is not liable for any damages, claims, or legal issues resulting from the use of the images.

5. Termination

This license is automatically terminated without notice if the Licensee violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the images and delete all copies.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where epsstock.com is legally registered.
